PowerCon offers our services to facilities that use 230/600Volt three phase systems and are billed on Kilowatt (KW) Demand or Kilovolt Amp (KVA) Demand at a level of 100KW or above each month. There is no maximum electrical system demand size requirement. Large power users with multiple incoming transformers or service feeds are excellent candidates for PowerCon’s services. PowerCon’s  PowerKure technology produces significant environmental benefits through the reduction of Green House Gasses (GHG) at source. PowerCon’s  technical team of highly trained, experienced staff employ state of the art diagnostic instrumentation to identify and measure Power Anomalies. Extensive analysis is given to Voltage control and phase imbalance, Current phase imbalance, Harmonic magnitude, and Power Factor levels. History of Client experiences are investigated, such as, brown out, short duration outages, impulses and Spikes and how they all impact on the smooth running of the clients production, building or institution and the electrical/electronic apparatus being used. PowerCon’s  custom designs a PowerKure System based on the metering test results, client interviews and the base year billing from the local Utility. The testing has no negative affect on the operation of the facility and in fact enhances the electrical operations. PowerCon’s  PowerKure System Guarantees to save real power KW Demand, KWH Consumption and KVA Demand along with related charges in the clients Hydro Electrical Monthly Bill. PowerCon’s  PowerKure System will pay for itself usually within three years or less. Then continue to generate substantial savings over the life of the facility. PowerCon offers financial programs when lease purchase is the preferred method of payment. Excellent terms are offered where no down payment is required and positive cash flow is enjoyed every month for the term of the contract.
